As much as I love having time to read again, using time to sleep to read is not a good thing. Stupid Raymond Feist and his really good books with really cool and likable characters, even ones that you are just being introduced to in this book and haven't come to like from previous books, keep me reading long after I should be in bed. And stupid magicians who act like Fizban, especially when I was just thinking the other day it would be fun to read another book with him in it, make me want to keep reading to see what stupidly funny thing he does next. In short, I couldn't put down the book and now am going to stay sick for another week longer for lack of sleep. ARGH!! I cannot tell how much I have missed being able to read like this, but it's also frustrating that I can't seem to stop at points.
Short Story: a peice of literature that is meant to be read in one sitting.
Novel: a peice of literature meant to be read in many sittings.
A Really Great Novel: a peice of literature that Lisa reads the bulk of in one sitting beause she can't put it down.
Anyway, I blame Chris for telling me to read Magician to begin with. So yeah, it's all his fault. And I still love him.
